I also like to lay down for the first 15-20 minutes as it adheres to my face. Otherwise it really stays on your face and you can walk around without sliding down. After 3 or so hours the face mask becomes clear, dry and hard so you know all the product has soaked into your skin and it’s ok to take it off (You don’t need to wear it overnight in my opinion). It leaves your face smooth, glassy, and reduces your pores and I would say results last a few days.
